Paradise Cove Services
We are so delighted that you have chosen Paradise Cove to celebrate your special event. You probably have many ideas of how you want your "special day" to go. We want to hear those ideas and help you plan your wedding day to be just as you have dreamt. With our full-service package, our staff will work through the intricate details to customize your event. Additionally, your wedding coordinator will also conduct your wedding rehearsal and your wedding ceremony. Our staff will work hard to make your day as unique and as perfect as you have always wanted. We just ask that everything is finalized 4-6 weeks prior to your special day!
Lease Only Package
$5000
Our lease only package is for the lease of our Facility and Gazebo Ceremony site for a total of 6 hours and includes the following:
- Use of the Gazebo Ceremony with white wooden, padded chairs
- Tables and chivari chairs indoor
- Use of sound system and lapel microphone
- Use of Bridal Suite
Alcohol Requirements
With the lease only package you will have full use of bar area, barware, and two keg taps. We require you to hire a TABC certified bartender from a pre-approved staffing company. We also require you to hire a Grapevine Police Officer to be present during the service of alcoholf and until all guests have exited the facility at the event's end. We will schedule the police officer for you, but you will be responsible for paying him/her on the evening of your event ($30 per hour, 2-hour minimum). You will also be responsible for set up and clean up of the bar. Paradise Cove does not provide alcohol.

With our full-service packages, our facility comes complete with the following:
- Full use of facility including dining area, patio, bar, bridal preparation room, gazebo, pavilion, and outdoor lakeside.
- Use of tea lights available.
- Full bar set up with keg taps, barware, etc.
- Dance floor
- Wedding coordinator for your event and preparation experience
- Linens on all tables in dining area
- Folded napkins on tables
- White skirting for gift table, sign-in table, and buffet tables
- Silverware, China, and Glassware
- Complimentary Cake cutting
- Set-up and Clean-up
Please Note: There is a $500 discount on Packages for a Friday or Sunday date.
If you're planning on having alcohol:
- You purchase and provide the alcohol.
- All full service packages include full use of the bar and a bartender for a $150 bar fee
- All full servcice packages include the full use of our bar as well as a TABC Certified Bartender.
- You must hire a uniformed off-duty police officer to be present while alcohol is being served and until all guests have exited the facility at the event's end. They charge $30/hour.

Tax and gratuity are included with each menu plan listed below. All menu options are for 150 guests. An additional $500.00, plus tax and service fee, will be charged for each 25 additional guests.
All menu plans include use of the facility for 6 hours, unless other wise noted under a specific plan.
