Lease-Only

With the lease-only option, you provide the catering. You may use our kitchen as a staging area but cannot use any of our equipment, serving utensils etc. You are responsible for ensuring all outside vendors meet our facility guidelines.

Lease Package Includes

  • 12 hours use of facility
  • Gazebo Ceremony site
  • White wooden chairs for ceremony
  • Tables and chivari chairs for indoor reception
  • Bridal Suite access

Requirements

  • $1000 refundable damage deposit
  • Caterer must provide valid health permit
  • Client responsible for kitchen and decor cleanup

Complete Linen Package
Elevate your reception with our comprehensive linen package. Includes floor-length tablecloths for all guest tables, head table, buffet, and cake tables, plus matching cloth napkins in your choice of available colors.
Partial Linen Package
A great option for a polished look. Includes standard lap-length linens for guest tables and the head table.
Day of Coordinator Upgrade
Relax and enjoy your day while our professional coordinator manages your timeline, directs vendors, and ensures every detail is executed flawlessly from setup to send-off.
Additional Information

If You're Planning On Having Alcohol

All Packages

  • You purchase and provide the alcohol. Paradise Cove provides a beer/wine cooler and 2 keg taps
  • You must use the Paradise Cove bartender, for up to five (5) hours which includes an hour for setup/cleanup, for a fee of $300.00 + applicable sales tax (8.25%) Any additional hour over 5 hours is $60 per hour + applicable sales tax. You may add a second bartender for $150.00 + applicable sales tax (8.25%). If you have 126 + guests you must hire an additional bartender for $150 + applicable sales tax (8.25%)
  • You must hire a uniformed off-duty Grapevine police officer to be present while alcohol is being served and until all guests have exited the facility at the event's end. They charge a minimum of $50/hour and only accept cash.
  • You may not sell alcohol to guests unless you hire an outside alcohol catering company that has valid permits from the City and TABC.
