If you are serving alcohol
You will be responsible for providing your own alcohol and abide by the following rules:
Full use of bar area, barware, and two keg taps. There will be a $300 bar fee to utilize our bar for up to five hours and includes a bartender. We also require you to hire a Grapevine Police Officer to be present during the service of alcohol and until all guests have exited the facility at the event’s end. We will schedule the police officer for you, but you will be responsible for paying him/her on the evening of your event (minimum of $50 per hour, 4-hour minimum).
